Easts Celts Gaelic Football Club - Fundraiser for Training Equipment
Attention Girls!
The start of the footy season is fast approaching and our first pre-season training session begins next Wednesday!
To help us be the best in our game we desperately need new training equipment. The better quality Gaelic Footballs cost around $110 each and we would like to get other equipment such as tackle pads, portable goals etc.
To help us buy some much needed equipment I am organising a "Brisbane Warehouse Shopping Tour". The cost will be $40, which will include coach pick up from a central location, a picnic lunch and non-stop all day shopping action, direct from the wholesalers warehouses (ladieswear, Manchester, sporting goods, childrenswear, giftwear the list goes on!). There will be prizes throughout the day, and good old fashioned girlie fun. (boys can come too, but it's not for the faint-hearted!)
The date proposed is Saturday the 10th of May, as this is the day before Mothers Day, the theme of the day will be dedicated to the special ladies in our life. Why not bring your Mum along too to be spoilt for the day!
Please reply to me if you are interested in attending, and if you're bringing some friends, and importantly your Mum along as well. Please reply by next Friday the 14th of March if you would like to attend. If we get good numbers we'll send off our deposit and start organising our action packed shopping day.
